Sure Controls Working Metrology Standards

Sure Controls maintains an inventory of metrology standards that are all traceable to the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST).  Traceability on all our standards are fully documented at Sure Controls Inc. by retaining all current and past certificates of calibration for each metrology standard. These certificates are on file and are open to all our customers and/or inspectors (that are conducting audits at our customers locations) who request to see them.  Industry standard recalibration intervals are used on all our metrology standards.  These intervals are reviewed each year by Sure Controls Inc. by reviewing calibration data which is kept on each standard.

Calibration Procedures for Industrial Services

Whenever possible, the manufacturers suggested calibration procedure will be used.  When this is not available, Sure Controls will verify a calibration point to the customer specification (ISO9000 Parameter) or to a general calibration procedure kept at Sure Controls.
