Sure Controls provides a 90-day warranty on all hardware repaired by our team. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials under normal operating conditions. The warranty period begins on the date of delivery to the customer.
Please note the following terms:
- Configuration & Sub-Assembly Changes: The warranty will be voided if the customer alters, modifies, or changes the configuration or any sub-assemblies of the repaired item after it has been delivered. Any modifications made by the customer will not be covered under this warranty.
- Discretion of Sure Controls: Warranty claims and decisions regarding repairs, replacements, or any associated issues are at the sole discretion of Sure Controls. We reserve the right to evaluate and determine the appropriate course of action for each claim.
- Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, neglect, improper handling, or external factors outside of normal operating conditions.
Labor Exclusion: The warranty applies solely to hardware repairs and does not include any additional labor required to fulfill the warranty claim. Any labor costs associated with warranty service, such as shipping, installation, or other related work, will be the responsibility of the customer.’
